Exported Rubber Plants To Saudi Arabia. | |

Export of Rubber Plants from India, for the first time, has become a reality now. we have recently exported our first consignment of Young Bud Root Trainer Rubber Plants to Arabian Deserts. . It is a milestone achievement of not only our Cheerakuzhy Young Bud Root Trainer Rubber Nursery but also , The Rubber Board of India. Rubber Board has started its experiments in developing Young Bud Root Trainer Technique in 2007 in our nursery and achieved its success in 2009 and gradually became popular among farmers all over Kerala and India. We humbly acknowledge the encouragement that we have received from Dr James Jacob, Director of Rubber Research Institute. Our these Young Bud Root Trainer Plants are being exported to Saudi Arabia for setting up a plantation there in a place called Al Birck. Al Birck is a unique region in Saudi Arabia having same climatic conditions as that of Kerala. We have been assigned with the consultancy of providing required scientific knowledge in setting up the rubber plantation in Saudi Arabia. We have presented several papers in the international rubber conferences held in recent years in Srilanka, Vietnam and Myanmar regarding the Root Trainer technique. The fact that Young Bud Root Trainer Technique is becoming popular in Srilanka, Indonesia, Malasia and Thailand is something that Indian Rubber Board and Cheerakuzhy Rubber Nursery can be really proud of. |
