Rambutan E35 (Nephelium lappaceum ‘E35’ variety) is a tropical fruit tree known for its yellow hairy fruits with sweet, juicy flesh. It grows best in warm and humid climates with ambient temperatures around 22–30 °C and high humidity. The plant requires well-distributed annual rainfall of about 1500–2000 mm and well-drained sandy loam or laterite soils for good growth. Regions like Kerala are suitable because of their tropical climate, high humidity (about 75–90%), and warm temperatures, which support healthy flowering and fruit production.
