Mooti Sweet is a tropical fruit variety valued for its pleasantly sweet pulp and attractive round fruits. It grows well in warm, humid regions like Kerala, thriving in temperatures between 24°C and 32°C and tolerating heat up to about 36–38°C with adequate irrigation. The plant prefers a humid tropical climate with annual rainfall of 1200–2500 mm, well-drained loamy or sandy soils rich in organic matter, and good sunlight exposure. A short dry period during flowering helps improve fruit set, while consistent humidity supports healthy growth and better fruit quality.
