About the Product
Jamun Black fruit comes from the tree Syzygium cumini and is prized for its dark purple to black sweet‑sour fruits, which are rich in antioxidants and used fresh or in jams, juices, and traditional medicines. It thrives in tropical to subtropical climates with ambient temperatures of 20 °C to 35 °C and tolerates high humidity. The tree grows best with 1000–2500 mm of well-distributed annual rainfall, well-drained soils, and full sunlight, while being moderately drought-tolerant. Regions like Kerala, with hot, humid monsoon conditions, provide excellent conditions for its growth and fruiting
