About the Product
Siddu jackfruit is a locally cultivated variety of Artocarpus heterophyllus appreciated for its sweet, firm, aromatic red bulbs and reliable yield. It thrives in warm tropical climates with ideal ambient temperatures between 25 °C and 35 °C, high humidity, and plenty of sunlight. The tree requires 1200–2500 mm of well-distributed annual rainfall, fertile well-drained soil, and frost-free conditions for optimal growth. Regions like Kerala, with their hot, humid monsoon climate, provide excellent conditions for successful cultivation and fruiting.
