Guava Thai Pink is a popular guava variety known for its attractive pink pulp, large fruits, and crisp texture with good sweetness. It grows well in tropical climates like Kerala, where ambient temperatures between 20°C and 30°C support optimal growth and fruiting. The variety prefers warm, humid conditions with annual rainfall of about 1000–2000 mm and requires well-drained loamy soil with full sunlight. Under proper cultivation and management, a healthy tree can produce around 35–60 kg of fruits per year.
