About the Product

Brinjal (Solanum melongena), also known as eggplant, is a widely cultivated vegetable grown for its edible purple or green fruits rich in vitamins and minerals. It grows best in warm climates with an optimal temperature of about 22–30 °C and requires good sunlight and moderate rainfall. The crop prefers well-drained fertile loamy soil rich in organic matter. The warm and humid tropical climate of Kerala, with temperatures usually between 25–32 °C, is very suitable for its cultivation. 🌱
