About the Product

Sweet ambazham (commonly referring to ripe Spondias dulcis, also called ambarella or hog plum) is a tropical fruit known for its sweet–tangy flavor when fully ripe. The fruit turns golden-yellow as it matures, with juicy, fibrous flesh surrounding a spiny seed. In Kerala, it is eaten fresh, made into pickles, juices, chutneys, and even curries when unripe.
