The last quarter of the twentieth century also witnessed the rise and development of our Regional Nursery at Keralassery rendering great service to rubber growers from far and near. Later in 1998, his third son, Shri.K.K.Thomas has taken the charge of this branch and developed it into a Regional Young Bud Rubber Nursery. Under his leadership and with the guidance of his father it is now in a flourishing stage. At present this venture enables Cheerakuzhy Young Bud Rubber Nursery to be nearer to its customers and to provide them better quality of plants

Following the footsteps of his father, Shri.K.K.Thomas, has been selected as the best farmer for the period 1999 by the Keralassery Panchayath. During the same year, he has also been selected as the best farmer by the State Bank of India, Keralassery Branch. However, he tries his level best to fulfill his father’s vision and mission in the filed of agricultural sector.
